Our commitment

We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. Accessibility is considered part of how the website is designed and built, not an afterthought.

Measures we take

• A clear, semantic page structure with headings, landmarks and a “skip to main content” link.
• Full keyboard access: menus, forms, the booking journey, the company timeline and other interactive elements work without a mouse.
• Visible focus indicators so you can see where you are on the page.
• Support for reduced-motion preferences — animations are minimised when your device asks for this.
• Text alternatives for meaningful images and icons hidden from screen readers where they are decorative.
• Colour choices and contrast reviewed against the brand palette, and text that can be resized using your browser’s zoom.
• Form fields with proper labels, clear error messages and honest confirmation states.

Known limitations

This website has not yet been formally audited by an independent accessibility specialist, so we describe it as partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 AA. We know, for example, that some imagery supplied from older material may be lower resolution than we would like. We are not aware of any barrier that prevents you from completing the main tasks on the site — reading about our services, sending an enquiry or booking an appointment — but if you find one, we want to know.
