How Amden Group collects, uses and protects your personal information when you use this website.
Last updated: 6 September 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Amden Group (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through this website — for example when you send us an enquiry, subscribe to insights updates or book an appointment. Amden Group, Unit 39, Kells Business Park, Kells, Co. Meath, A82 PA44. Email: info@amden.ie. Phone: 046 927 4424.
Who we are
Amden Group is the data controller for the personal information collected through this website. That means we decide why and how your information is used, and we are responsible for looking after it.
What information we collect
- Enquiry forms: your name, business name, email address, phone number, location, the support you are interested in and your message, together with the page you contacted us from and any campaign (UTM) information in the link you used to reach us.
- Appointment bookings: your name, email address, phone number, the meeting type you choose and the date and time you reserve.
- Insights subscriptions: your first name, email address, business name (optional) and your consent.
- Technical information: standard server logs such as your IP address and browser type, used to keep the website secure and working properly.
We only ask for the information we need to respond to you, and every form asks for your consent before it can be submitted.
How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiry and provide the support or information you asked for.
- To arrange, manage and follow up on appointments you book with us.
- To send you insights updates where you have subscribed (you can opt out at any time).
- To keep our website secure and to understand, in aggregate, which pages are useful to visitors.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling, and we do not sell your information to anyone.
The legal bases we rely on
- Consent — where you actively agree, for example when submitting a form or subscribing to updates. You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us.
- Legitimate interests — to respond to enquiries about our services and to run and protect our business, where this does not override your rights.
- Steps towards a contract — where your enquiry or booking relates to services you are considering engaging us for.
How we store and protect your information
Your information is stored in secure, access-controlled systems. Access is limited to authorised members of the Amden team who need it to do their work, and each team member signs in with an individual account. Administrative actions on website content are logged.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell or rent personal information. Your information may be processed on our behalf by the service providers who host and operate this website and its database, under appropriate contractual safeguards. We may also disclose information where the law requires us to do so, for example to regulators or law enforcement.
How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it for the purpose it was collected — for example, while we are handling your enquiry or engagement — and afterwards only where we are required to keep records by law or for legitimate business record-keeping. When it is no longer needed, it is securely deleted.
Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Irish Data Protection Acts 1988–2018, you have the right to:
- Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
- Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
- Ask us to delete your information in certain circumstances.
- Ask us to restrict or object to how we use your information.
- Receive your information in a portable format in certain circumstances.
- Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@amden.ie. You also have the right to make a complaint to the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie), the Irish supervisory authority for data protection.
