Amden Group recognised at the Family Business and Lean Business Ireland Awards 2026

We’re delighted to share that Amden Group has been named a finalist in the Family Business Awards 2026, in association with Goodbody, and shortlisted for Lean Champion of the Year at the Lean Business Ireland Awards 2026.

For us, these nominations are an opportunity to pause and appreciate the work behind the business: the commitment of our team, the trust of our clients and the progress we’ve made together.

Helping businesses work better

Our shortlisting for Lean Champion of the Year reflects an area we care deeply about: helping businesses make better use of their time, people and resources.

In our work, that often starts with everyday frustrations. Information entered more than once. Paperwork that delays an invoice. Teams chasing updates across different spreadsheets and messages. Business owners spending too much time gathering information and too little time acting on it.

We work with clients to understand where those problems begin, improve the process and build systems that support the people doing the work. The aim is to reduce unnecessary administration, improve visibility and make it easier to deliver a consistent service.

Practical improvements, built around the business

Through our consultancy and systems work, including platforms such as Amden Pulse and Amden Compass, we help connect daily operations with the information business owners and managers need.

That can mean bringing staff time, job progress and costs into one place, or helping a leadership team set clear priorities and follow through on a 90-day plan. The starting point is always the business need and the people involved.

Technology has an important role to play, but it works best when responsibilities are clear, processes make sense and the team understands how to use it. That is the approach we continue to build Amden around.
